Paper to digital

Your paper logbook, digitised line by line.

Photograph a page and upload it. AI reads every line; you review and approve. Your entire history lands in the app — years of flying are never squashed into a single balance forward.

Pilotish import review screen: extracted logbook rows, arithmetic checks and page totals

Paper page → extracted rows, arithmetic-checked and ready for your approval.

Read line by lineDates, airports, registrations, time columns — a full page spread in a single photo.
You always have the final sayArithmetic checks, airport suggestions and continuity warnings; nothing is saved until you approve it.
Your entire historyEvery flight becomes its own record, so your statistics are real from your very first flight.

What's in it today?

More than a logbook.

Everything below works in Pilotish today — none of it is a roadmap promise.

Regulation engine — pick your authority, the rest is automatic

Choose your airline or authority; your logbook formats, FTL limits, night definition and reports load from packages verified line by line against the official documents. Every package records its source and verification date — unverified packages are never offered.

Flight logging + statistics

The international logbook layout: Total Time, PIC, Co-pilot, Dual, Instructor, Night, IFR, Landings. Totals, hours by type, monthly charts and your records on the dashboard.

You enter the times, Pilotish computes the rest

Night time and the day/night landing split from the sun's position along your route — using your authority's night definition. Block Time from your times, Duty Periods derived from your duty rules. No manual arithmetic.

FTL bars — how close to the limit?

Your duty and flight time windows (7/14/28-day, month, year…) are tracked automatically under your authority's rules; the bars change colour to warn you as you approach a limit.

Duty rules — tuned to you

Report times (different at home base and away), post-flight duty margin, minimum rest and your home base — adjustable per user or per operator. Your Duty Periods derive automatically from these rules, and your FTL figures build on them. Your authority sets the official frame; the fine-tuning of your own operation stays with you.

Currency & document tracking

Your 90-day landing currency is computed automatically from your flight records. Licence, Medical, LPC/OPC, Line Check and ELP dates in one place — with email reminders at 60/30/7 days before expiry.

PDF logbook — in your authority's format

Your records rendered as a real PDF in your authority's logbook layout: columns, page totals, brought-forward line and signature block — the digital twin of the paper tradition. One click to download.

Import and export — the door opens both ways

Import from many apps including LogTen and ForeFlight: your CSV is recognised automatically and columns map flexibly — with a different format, you map them yourself. Export is always open: CSV and PDF.

Route map + geography

Your routes on a world map; continents, countries, cities and airports counted automatically. Your longest flight, your most flown route — all from your records.

Every device, the same account

Runs in the browser: iPhone, Android, tablet, Mac, Windows. Nothing to install, nothing to update; your language and theme travel with you across devices.

Screens

The real app, as it is today.

No mock-ups — these are the app's working screens.

Why Pilotish?

Born from a pilot's own need.

Pilotish was founded by an active airline pilot — built first of all for himself. He knew, month after month, what a chore it is to fill in a paper logbook, work out night time by hand and keep duty limits in your head.

The tools he tried were either incomplete or knew nothing about this region's rules. So he sat down and built his own logbook. Pilotish is where that logbook stands today: a tool a pilot genuinely uses every day, shaped by cockpit experience.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

Is Pilotish paid?

There's a single plan: Pilotish Pro. Your first 250:00 of flight + simulator time is free — flight school fits comfortably inside it. After that, new entries require a Pro subscription; prices will be announced soon, and nobody gets charged without notice. Even past the threshold, your existing records, viewing and exports always remain available.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Download your flight records as CSV or as a PDF logbook in your authority's layout from the Flights page in one click; the CSV can be re-imported as is. Your data belongs to you.

Which devices does it run on?

Any device with a modern browser: iPhone, Android, tablet, Mac, Windows. Nothing to install. Native iOS and Android apps are in development.

How do I transfer my paper logbook?

Photograph your pages and upload them on the Import screen; AI reads the lines, and you review and save them on the confirmation screen. If you use LogTen or ForeFlight, you can also upload their CSV export directly.

Where is my data stored?

In Frankfurt (EU), in an encrypted database. We use no third-party tracking scripts — on this site or in the app. You can export your data whenever you like.

Which authorities are supported?

Thirteen authorities today: SHGM (Türkiye), EASA, UK CAA, FAA (US), Transport Canada, ANAC (Brazil), GCAA (UAE), GACA (Saudi Arabia), QCAA (Qatar), CAAS (Singapore), JCAB (Japan), DGCA (India) and CAAC (China) — every package verified line by line against the official documents, with source and date on record. Operator packages exist too (first example: Pegasus). Unverified packages are never offered for selection.

How do I pick my airline or authority? Can I change it later?

In Settings → Regulation; your FTL limits, night definition and duty defaults load automatically. You can change it any time — if you switch to a package with a different night definition, the night times of your existing flights are recomputed automatically.

What happens after the first 250 hours?

Adding new entries becomes part of the Pilotish Pro subscription; prices will be announced soon, and no payment system is live today — nobody gets charged without notice. Even past the threshold, your existing records, viewing and CSV/PDF exports always remain available: your data is never held hostage.

When are the native iOS and Android apps coming?

In development; we don't promise dates. The web app already works fully in your phone's browser today — the native apps will use the same account and the same data.
